About the kits
Do I need any experience?
No. The kits are completely beginner-friendly. The guided video tutorial walks you through every step.
What is included in the box?
Everything you need — all materials, tools, and access to the guided video tutorial. Nothing more to buy.
How long does it take?
Most kits are designed to complete in one evening, around 2 to 3 hours.
What size is the finished piece?
Flow Art kits include a 30 x 40 cm canvas. Flow Mosaic comes in several sizes — see each product page for details.
Is the artwork ready to display?
Yes. Flow Art canvases are stretched and ready to hang. Flow Mosaic pieces come with a display frame.
How do I watch the tutorial?
Each kit includes an NFC card. Tap it with your phone or visit our Tutorials page to watch online.
Ordering & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Sign up to our mailing list for free delivery on your first order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unopened kit for a full refund. Faulty or damaged items can be returned at any time within your statutory rights — we cover the return cost.
Can I return an opened kit?
Opened kits cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. If your kit has a defect, contact us at returns@theflowbrand.co.uk with your order number and photos.
